On December 14th, Garden of Dreams fulfilled the lifelong wish of one very special young girl!
11-year-old Madison, from Make-A-Wish Metro New York, has always dreamed of dancing with the Rockettes and getting to see what it’s like to be a Rockette behind the scenes. This holiday season, her dreams came true!
On Madison’s wish day, Radio City Rockettes Megan Kelley and Laura Jakowenko went above and beyond to make this experience one that Madison would never forget. She learned some iconic Rockette choreography, was gifted with her own pair of customized dance shoes and received other fun holiday treats. Following the class, Madison and her family got to see all the magic happen on-stage when they attended the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes.
Upon arriving home, Madison said, “Meeting the Rockettes was the best night of my life.”
