OFFICIAL RULES
Garden of Dreams Foundation “MSG Networks Knicks” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, AND CONNECTICUT, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, AND CONNECTICUT AND WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees, officers, directors, temporary workers, freelancers and independent contractors, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and all of the foregoing person’s respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those persons living in their same households, whether or not related, of Garden of Dreams Foundation (“Sponsor”); MSG Entertainment Holdings, LLC (“MSG Entertainment”); MSG Sports, LLC (“MSG Sports”); New York Knicks, LLC (“Knicks”); The National Basketball Association, the NBA Member Teams, NBA Media Ventures, LLC, NBA TV, LLC and NBA Properties, Inc. (collectively, “NBA Entities”); MSG Networks Inc. and MSGN Holdings, L.P. (collectively, “MSG Networks”); and all of the foregoing entities’ respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, sponsors, promotional partners, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 29, 2024 and ends at 11:00 p.m. ET on April 3, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter: Method #1 – Donation Entry Method: Visit www.gardenofdreamsfoundation.org/MSGNetworksFundraiser/NYK and follow the directions to make a donation of $100 or more to the Garden of Dreams Foundation. Every $100 donation will constitute one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and a $100 minimum donation is required to enter. All entries via this method must be received by 11:00 a.m. ET on April 3, 2024 to be eligible. Method #2 – Mail-in Entry: To enter without making a donation, send a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper with your name, address, email address and date of birth handwritten in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Garden of Dreams Foundation MSG Networks Knicks Sweepstakes Entry (March 2024), 2 Pennsylvania Plaza, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10121. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 11:00 a.m. on April 3, 2024 and received no later than April 8, 2024 to be eligible. There is no limit on how many entries you can receive by donating online (subject to the donation increment requirement); however, there is a limit of one (1) mail-in entry per stamped envelope. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means or by any means which subvert the entry process shall be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and shall not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING & NOTIFICATION: Sixteen (16) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about April 9, 2024, from among all eligible online and mail-in entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible online and mail-in entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email with instructions on how to claim their prize and must respond within the time period specified in such notification or their prize will be forfeited. Potential winners may be required to execute and return a declaration or affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, a W-9 form, if applicable, and, where lawful, a publicity release within the time period specified in such notification. If, and as applicable, such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits the prize and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received, time permitting.

PRIZES (16): Sixteen winners will be selected. Unless otherwise specified, only one (1) of each Prize is available to be awarded, and only one (1) prize per winner.

Distribution of prizes will be at random and at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Actual ARV of tickets will be determined at time of award. Any difference between a prize’s stated ARV and its actual value will not be awarded. Autographed items are not game worn or used. Actual value of autographed items may vary based on market fluctuations. Prizes include only what is described in the prize description (as applicable). Transportation to/from the Arena is not included as part of any prize. Prizes (including any talent participation) are subject to availability. Seat locations (if and as applicable) will be determined by Sponsor. Unless otherwise determined by Sponsor or provided for in these Official Rules, tickets may not be exchanged for a different date. Tickets are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions, including that all ticket holders must be eligible to attend the event for which tickets are issued. No refund or compensation shall be paid in the event of the cancellation or delay of any game, or any portion thereof. Sponsor shall not be liable if any game, or any portion thereof, is cancelled, postponed or delayed. The terms and conditions of the tickets will govern if any game is cancelled, postponed or delayed for any reason. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for, and will not replace, lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. If, for whatever reason, Sponsor is unable to award any prize (or portion thereof), no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the winner. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign, or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

Winners and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations in effect as of the date of the event, including any COVID-19 regulations. Winners of tickets and their guests fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government-sponsored guidelines, can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.

PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes each winner’s permission to Sponsor, MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, Knicks and the NBA Entities, and MSG Networks and all of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and their respective designees to use winner’s name, address (city and state), photograph (including social media profile picture, if applicable) and/or other likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and Prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without compensation, notification, review or permission.

RELEASE: By participating, each entrant agrees that Sponsor, MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, Knicks and the NBA Entities, MSG Networks and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, sponsors, promotional partners, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against any liability for, any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death, to persons or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, illegible or garbled donations, entries or emails or postage-due mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computers related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the related website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, or who are in violation of these Official Rules or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified, and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes that, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, integrity, fairness or proper play or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners at random from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized account subscriber of the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account subscriber” is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHALL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

DATA COLLECTION: Any information provided shall be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.gardenofdreamsfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Garden-of-Dreams-Privacy-Policy-2021-2.pdf. Entrants can opt out of receiving future emails at any time by following the directions provided in such emails.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW GUIDELINES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
