Season of Giving

Each year during the holidays, as part of our Season of Giving, Garden of Dreams partners with the MSG Family of Companies, which includes MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports and Sphere Entertainment, on a wide range of charitable programs including meal deliveries, toy drives and the annual Adopt-A-Family program.

Meals

Garden of Dreams traditionally kicks off Season of Giving by hosting more than 400 young people and their families for holiday dinners with the New York Knicks and New York Rangers. The Foundation also works closely with the MSG Family of Companies to donate hot meals to Foundation Partners. To date, Garden of Dreams has distributed more than 50,000 meals through this program.

Adopt-A-Family

Garden of Dreams’ annual Adopt-A-Family program brightens the holiday season for many young people and families affiliated with our Foundation Partners in the markets in which the MSG Family of Companies operates including New York, Chicago, Las Vegas and the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Each year, employees of the MSG Family of Companies, along with their friends and family, are invited to donate toys, clothes, household items and other essential needs to families through digital wish lists.

Drives

Garden of Dreams partners with the MSG Family of Companies to host drives and collect items for the young people it serves. In addition to the annual Toy Drive held during the opening nights of the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes, Garden of Dreams also hosts school supply, sports equipment and other drives throughout the year.
